What if there is a mistake with my order?
If there is ever a mistake with your order, email me right away and I will make sure to respond back as fast as I can! I will work with you to make sure you are completely satisfied with your order and shop experience.
Missing Items: While all orders will have tracking orders, sometime orders can become lost through USPS mishandling or wrong shipping information, bad weather conditions etc. If after 30 days (US) and 50 days(International) the item has yet to be delivered please message me and I will work with you to send out a replacement order for you as soon as possible!
Damaged from Transit: While it does not happen often the most common damage from USPS handling is bent or scratched prints. I package my items in glassine sleeves and cardboard mailers in order to help prevent this from happening, but if your items arrive severely damaged message me within 7 days of delivery and I will work with you to give you a replacement.
I need to make changes to my order, or there is a mistake in the shipping address?
Contact me right away and give me your order confirmation number along with the updated information. I will make sure to update your order before it gets shipped out.
How does shipping work?
Items will be shipped out in 3-5 days unless specified for that particular listing. All orders will have tracked shipping through the USPS. My shop is slowly transitioning to plastic free shipping methods. So for now the stickers will be enclosed in a paper bag and will be shipped in a kraft envelope or cardboard mailer. Plastic shipping tape and packing stickers are still being used for now.
Do you take refunds or returns?
I do not take returns but I will issue refunds. I think you will love your items when your order arrives! However, if there should ever be a problem (missing items in order, destroyed items etc) I will do all I can to ensure a pleasant outcome. Just message me and I will work with you to make sure you are completely satisfied with your orders!
Are the stickers waterproof / machine washable?
All the stickers are made of a durable vinyl so while they can handle some water they are not dishwasher safe or made for long term outdoor use. If placed on water bottles I recommend hand washing.
What is the privacy policy for order information and the newsletter?
I will only use customer information to fulfill orders. Your personal information (name and address) as provided to me by Wix ecommerce will only be used by me as needed to provide my services. I may use your information to fulfill your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support.
I may collect, use, retain, and share your information if I have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to: (a) respond to legal process or to government requests (i.e. taxes) (b) enforce my agreements, terms and policies; (c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, and safety of my customers or others. If and when required, we will communicate with you about your order status using the Wix messaging platform.
I have no access to your payment account details: Wix ecommerce Payments and PayPal process your financial information independently of me.
Your transaction information will be stored on the Wix system as long as I have my store on Wix or until Wix deletes it. I will not spam you or solicit you using the information provided to me.
